Saffron Urban Indian Kitchen is your new dinning destination. Executive Chef Diwesh Bhattarai, originally from Butwal, Nepal, earned his Culinary Degree from Metro Community College. He worked for some amazing chefs from the area, and had the privilege of running a local Indian kitchen for several years.
He is very grateful for the opportunity to have his own kitchen, and looks forward to sharing the cuisine he loves cooking the most with you all. The concept features a full cocktail bar (Bombay Bar at Aksarben), a wine tasting room/Chef’s table and a Whisky Room.
