In Japanese, “omakase” roughly translates to “Entrust.” Each guest places themselves in the hands of the itamae, allowing them to orchestrate a meal from an ever changing menu based on the season's availability and the whims of the itamae.
Ota Omakase is located in a side room at Yoshitomo, Ota usually hosts between 6-8 omakase seatings per month, typically on weekend nights.
